the lines flow together, and mingle at the right points
everything seems to fit together (i.e.-no strange shapes that don't fit the overall design)
the shading also mirrors all the lines in the drawing, making this piece look more 3D.
The face is a little strange, and causes this to look almost like it is a phoenix-dragon hybrid, causing a really cool effect.
the composition makes this design look like a dragon/phoenix rising from fire, causing a super cool effect.
overall, the design is really good, and looks super cool.
it is a great piece of work.
